Clinical Supervision

I am a certified clinical supervisor with extensive experience supervising a multitude of different social workers working with children, adolescents, and adults. I provide clinical supervision through face-to-face, video conference, and telephone to evaluate, guide, and direct licensed social workers in the state of New Jersey. The potential supervisee should be looking to develop and improve the necessary knowledge, skills, techniques, and abilities to allow the licensee to engage in the practice of behavioral health counseling competently, ethically, and safely.

Clinical supervision is part of the treatment process, and therefore all the clinical information shared between a supervisee and supervisor are confidential. Clinical supervision includes but not limited to review of assessment, diagnostic impression, treatment planning, progress toward achieving goals of care, identification of barriers to care, continuation of services, authorization of care, and the direct observation of delivery of clinical care.
